Average Exterior Prices
The following prices are only ballpark prices since there are many factors that go into each home. A lot of the price depends on the size of your house, type of paint, number of colors, number of coats, amount of weathering that has incurred, amount of peeling paint, amount of caulking or patching required, amount of flowers and shrubs that we have to work around, hard to reach areas, total number of windows and doors painted, and other related items all could have an affect on the pricing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: West Texas has a lot of brick and stucco homes so many homeowners do not want to paint the siding but only the trim, eaves, doors, windows, etc. If that is you than look at the “No Siding” prices to get an idea for your project.
